What are company unlocks, and how do they work?
Market Intel shows every company in the feed as a locked card. You can see industry, location, salary range, and friction score. The company name and role detail stay hidden until you unlock it. Base plans include 2 free unlocks a month, Operator plans include 15. The allowance resets on the 1st of each month. When it runs out, additional unlocks are £29 each.
How is the Win Probability score calculated?
Each opportunity is scored 0 to 100 across 5 dimensions: reposting frequency, salary competitiveness, role seniority, hiring urgency, and market scarcity. Operator subscribers get the full breakdown.
What is the 14-day free trial?
Operator includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access to every Operator feature. At the end of the trial you can subscribe or your account reverts to read-only.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
Do Agency seats need to be named users?
Yes. Each seat maps to a named user on your team. You can reassign seats from the team management panel in your portal.
What happens if I cancel?
